Tyne Build Partners is building a new scheme of 120 homes on the edge of Newcastle. The Site Engineer will set out the works, check quality and keep accurate records, working with the Site Manager and subcontractors.
The contract is for around nine months, with the possibility of moving to the next phase. The day rate will depend on experience.
What you will do
- Set out roads, drainage and plots using GPS and total station
- Check levels and quality against drawings
- Keep records, as-built drawings and photos
- Work with subcontractors to solve problems on site
