Central Freight Solutions runs a busy distribution centre for home and garden products. As Team Leader, you will run a shift of around 15 colleagues, making sure orders are picked accurately, safely and on time.
The site works a four-on, four-off pattern of 12-hour days. You will report to the Shift Manager and help coach and develop your team.
What you will do
- Plan the shift and allocate tasks to your team
- Track productivity and accuracy and act on issues
- Lead safety briefings and keep the site compliant
- Train new starters on equipment and processes
